Values & work
Intentional. Impact. Learner.
The three values I return to, and what they ask of me in the way I work with people.
My purpose is to live an intentional life where I’m making a positive impact while continuously learning along the way.
Those three values form a loop: intentional action creates impact. Impact creates learning. Learning refines my intention.
Lead myself first
It starts with discipline and self-awareness. Understanding how I affect people with my words and actions. Being trustworthy and dependable.
I am competitive, but my competition is with myself. Creating an environment where we win as a team inspires me to keep going.
Make room for everyone's strengths
I believe in understanding everyone's role so we can get the most out of our efforts. I have no problem leading or contributing in the background, as long as I am adding value.
I prefer clarity over complexity. Simple systems that people actually use. In conversation, I try to describe what happened without judgment, understand the need, and make a specific request.
Think beyond today
I consider how my actions today will affect the people around me for generations to come.
I build businesses. I build people. I build systems that allow both to evolve. I am not optimizing for money alone. I am looking for a life that feels aligned.
