Inner work
Practicing letting go
How Michael Singer’s teaching fits into the work of staying open, paying attention, and loosening my grip on outcomes.
My personal evolution has moved through time management, energy management, and letting go. Letting go is the practice that holds it all.
Michael Singer is one of the teachers who has influenced how I see life. What I take from his teaching is the invitation to notice the voice in my head without treating every thought as who I am.
Stay open
For me, surrender means loosening the need to control what happens. The work is to stay open to what life puts in front of me.
This is a daily practice, not a destination. I am still practicing.
A life that feels aligned
I still build businesses and care about results. I also care about the person I am while doing that work.
The philosophy I return to is simple: grow, learn, and appreciate every moment.
